About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in onboarding Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners
- Assist with partner connections, withdrawals, commission payments, and troubleshooting
- Monitor affiliate and IB activities to optimize partner performance and report suspicious activities
- Educate partners on company platforms, trading products, account opening, deposits, and withdrawals
- Retain existing business and reactivate partners
- Update Partners team social media channels
- Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs via telephone, live chat, and email
- Enforce due diligence and the regulatory framework according to company policies, ethos, and ethics
- Work with the team to ensure KPIs are met
- Support and assist all departments as required
- Report to the Head of Partners Support & Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English
- Fluency in other languages preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service-oriented jobs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Driven and results orientated
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work day or evening shifts
