Key responsibilities & impact- Draft and maintain documentation of IAM systems and processes
- Support ongoing Authority to Operate (ATO) activities for IAM systems and processes
- Support development and implementation of solutions addressing identity and access challenges across enterprise environments
- Support implementation of system and process changes through the Change Management process
- Process engineering tickets to address customer needs and requests
- Communicate effectively with internal security teams
- Support escalations from operational teams
- Support IAM team security initiatives and operational teams
- Work to solve routine technical problems following established procedures and policies
- Assist in developing solutions and processes using basic principles, theories, and concepts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts in the Identity and Access Management domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, and OAuth
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication technologies, including PKI, OTP, biometrics, and other authentication factors
- 2+ years of experience with Identity Governance Administration platforms and process implementation
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, and/or SANS certifications
- Ability to work semi-independently with moderate oversight
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
