Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI)
- Facilitate PI planning readiness through pre- and post-PI planning events
- Lead and facilitate PI planning events

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Active Top Secret clearance required with ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire
- Experience scaling agile practices and aligning development teams
- Agile Development knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide leadership
- Strong briefing skills and experience presenting to senior customer management
- Servant leadership experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- SAFe Agile Certification, Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, or PMP preferred
- Understanding of AWS/Cloud technologies preferred
- Experience managing multiple baselines across multiple environments preferred
- Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred
- Experience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologies preferred
