Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and train state-of-the-art feed-forward networks and per-scene differential optimization architectures for 3D geometry extraction
- Scale multi-view machine-learning architectures across multi-GPU clusters for massive, multi-modal spatial datasets
- Develop novel loss functions and attention mechanisms tailored to company data distributions
- Build and train custom optical-flow architectures for motion blur, rapid rotations, and sudden occlusions in egocentric vision
- Segment dynamic actors, track objects through complex manipulations, and provide motion regularization for downstream action-conditioned world models
- Rapidly prototype and deploy models for tracking, segmentation, multi-modal sensor fusion, and other perception challenges
- Resolve algorithmic bottlenecks in the data engine and adapt research for product capabilities or hardware integrations
- Integrate foundational-model outputs into dense reconstruction pipelines using 3D Gaussian Splatting and NeRFs
- Own the spatial-temporal perception loop for the data engine
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, 3D Computer Vision, and Temporal/Video Modeling
- Proven experience training large-scale vision models from scratch, not just running inference or fine-tuning
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of modern feed-forward 3D networks and dense motion estimation
- Mastery of PyTorch and deep learning scaling frameworks
- Experience handling and curating massive, multi-terabyte image and video datasets for training
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly
- First-author publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or NeurIPS (strong signal)
- Experience with egocentric video datasets such as Ego4D or Ego-Exo4D (strong signal)
- Experience writing custom CUDA kernels for 3D operations, ray marching, or correlation volume computations (strong signal)
- Must have work authorization for the location the role is posted in
