- Support work-in-progress cycle times under 2 days, code reviews within 4 business hours, and QA within 2 days
- Delegate tasks using the 5 Levels of Leadership and Manager Tools best practices
- Participate in hiring using the WHO method

- 8+ years of experience as a Tech Leader
- Proven ability to lead a team of software engineers
- Demonstrated experience in technical estimation and resource allocation
- Expertise in maintaining engineering quality and security standards
- Proven ability to create quality software with zero major defects and/or bugs released
- Familiarity with the WHO method for hiring and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of Manager Tools best practices for team retention
- Ability to implement delegation according to the 5 Levels of Leadership
- Commitment to ongoing role certification and professional development
- Ability to maintain rapid communication and meet strict cycle-time targets
- Must be residing in Brazil
