About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a resource for clinic providers regarding clinical questions
- Ensure regional providers receive adequate and appropriate training to perform treatments independently
- Monitor and analyze treatment data metrics
- Deliver world-class customer service and provide a friendly, comfortable environment
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patient medical records
- Attend recurring meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Oversee procedures at clinics within the assigned geographical region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO medical school in the United States or ECFMG certified
- Board certification or eligibility in family medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in South Carolina; current, valid, and unencumbered
- Reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory
- Phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- EMR experience preferred
- Able to be available during Milan clinic hours
- Visa sponsorship is not provided
