Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in tech or consultancy
  • Proven track record of delivering large and complex AI/software projects
  • Deep passion and knowledge of GenAI, conversational AI, and/or agentic systems
  • Interest in customer-facing use cases and emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
  • Experience implementing AI solutions at scale
  • Comfortable with executive stakeholders (CTO/C-level)
  • Experience owning pre-sales technical design
  • Strategic mindset bridging technical solutions and business value
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills
  • Proactive, self-starting leadership and ownership
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Dutch or German language skills are an extra plus
