About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage bank connectivity setups, system integrations, and technical onboarding processes from start to finish
- Troubleshoot integrations and investigate connectivity issues
- Analyze data and find practical technical solutions
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency
- Identify product gaps and suggest improvements

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical operations, implementations, integrations, Product Operations, or similar technical roles
- Ability to understand systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and learn new technologies quickly
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, build solutions, and automate workflows
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confidence working directly with international customers
- Curious, resourceful, proactive, and willing to take responsibility
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, file formats, or system integrations
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Background in fintech, financial systems, or banking integrations
- Experience with scripting, no-code/low-code tools, or AI-driven automation
