Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in AI and advanced data sciences within pharmaceutical or Bio-Tech R&D industries
Expertise in scientific data analyses in drug development and real-world data assets, including biomarkers, endpoints, and scientific or value evidence
Proficiency in AI, Generative AI, and machine learning techniques and relevant tools, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, and related technologies
Expertise in digital health technologies and their applications in pharmaceutical research
Strong project management skills
Ability to guide team members on AI and other methodologies
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to communicate with logic, clarity, and respect
Ability to remain current with AI/ML industry trends and advancements
Ability to build an external presence through publications in relevant conferences and journals
