About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and provide HR support for a team of 2–3 assessment designers
- Organize and participate in the recruitment of assessment designers
- Support team members’ skills development and career progression
- Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews
- Lead projects, primarily assessment development projects, with internal or external partners
- Contribute to defining the Assessment Department’s roadmap
- Scope and document projects, define deliverables, estimate timelines, and contribute to reporting
- Coordinate project stakeholders and plan team workloads
- Continuously improve working processes
- Ensure the quality of produced content and validate assessments in accordance with Pix standards
- Document and share assessment design best practices
- Organize and facilitate user panels
- Design educational content based on a competency framework
- Monitor developments in digital technology and education
- Design coherent educational links between the competency framework, learning progression, and module
- Write engaging educational content with internal and external experts
- Integrate content into the platform editor
- Contribute to media creation and develop specifications for interactive simulators
- Work with the Product and Engineering teams on Pix enhancements and improvements to the user experience
- Contribute to designing enhancements that optimize internal processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in digital learning design and project management within the digital or training sector
- Curiosity, creativity, and an excellent understanding of digital technology
- Strong digital skills, equivalent to Pix levels 5–6
- Experience with collaborative project management and production tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with development software such as GitHub and Visual Studio Code is a plus
- Excellent writing skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to design and implement learning processes and mechanisms, including gamification
- Ability to develop and implement techniques for presenting and mediating educational content
