About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit and animate YouTube videos, social shorts, conference highlights, case studies, and launch films
- Shape video ideas with the team before editing begins

Requirements
What you’ll need- Portfolio showing strong editing across formats, including YouTube, short-form edits, and podcasts
- Sharp sense of pacing, structure, and story
- Comfort with editing, animation, and design
- Fluency in professional editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro
- Experience using AI tools to create animations and assist with editing
- Curiosity to push the limits of AI in video creation workflows
- Ability to create custom scripts and use AI to automate pipeline tasks such as transcription, thumbnail ideation, and rough edits
- Ability to collaborate closely with the team and iterate quickly on feedback
