Key responsibilities & impact- Build Revit models from scratch for new projects
- Continue and develop existing Revit projects
- Convert AutoCAD projects into clean, well-structured Revit models
- Produce permit-stage drawings, including floor plans, sections, and elevations, for Israeli municipalities
- Follow in-house team guidance on each municipality’s requirements
- Maintain clean and accurate Revit models for use by structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Coordinate BIM with consultants by checking infrastructure and systems, identifying clashes, and ensuring all disciplines fit together
- Work on cloud-based BIM projects shared with consultants and local offline Revit projects
- Maintain high standards for drawings and documentation
- Communicate clearly in professional English with the in-house team and consultants
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on project size and complexity
- Collaborate with an in-house architect who serves as the point of contact and provides project guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect
- Expert-level Revit skills
- Strong AutoCAD skills, including moving AutoCAD drawings into Revit
- Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and BIM cloud environments, such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Proven experience producing permit or authority-submission drawings
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and coordination between disciplines
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently, manage several projects, and meet deadlines
- Experience with residential, urban renewal, or mixed-use projects is advantageous
- Experience working with several Revit versions is advantageous
- Comfortable using AI tools in the workflow is advantageous
- Experience with rendering and visualization tools, including Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or V-Ray, is advantageous
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar BIM automation tools is advantageous
- CV, portfolio, and Revit drawing samples, including floor plans and sections, required before application
