Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and deploy AI solutions for U.S. Government customers.
- Design and develop prototype solutions incorporating generative and predictive capabilities.
- Develop creative solutions integrating generative and predictive capabilities to address unique customer challenges.
- Design and develop interfaces and applications for customer use of AI solutions.
- Interact directly with customers and subject matter experts, translating AI/ML concepts into practical language.
- Support pre-sales efforts by identifying how the Seekr Platform can satisfy customer requirements.
- Conduct research and development on cutting-edge applications of generative AI and agentic capabilities.
- Build generalized solutions supporting longer-term implementation in addition to rapid proof-of-concept solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance at the Top Secret level is required; active Top Secret clearance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field with a strong background in application of AI/ML.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and subject matter experts, translating complex concepts into practical language and impacts.
- Capable of developing prototype solutions using UI SDKs such as Flask and Streamlit.
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts including RAG, prompt engineering, agents, structured output, multi-modal LLMs, and embedding models.
- Strong programming skills in Python required; Java and HTML experience is a plus.
- Experience working with or in the DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community, or U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
- Experience training and employing predictive AI models in a government context.
- Solid knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
- Familiarity with APIs including OpenAI, GraphQL, and FastAPI.
- Familiarity with databases and retrieval-augmented generation technologies such as Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, and Neo4j.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
