Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations
- Build strong relationships with Customers and act as a trusted delivery partner
- Identify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence
- Tailor project management approaches and delivery models according to Customer and project needs
- Manage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication
- Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Execute people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery and operational management

- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and Customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams
- Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects
- Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities simultaneously
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong presentation and Customer-facing communication skills
- Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects (a plus)
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications (a plus)
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
