About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes
- Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
- Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks
- Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry
- Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies
- Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively under pressure
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience building delivery processes from scratch is a bonus
- Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects is a bonus
