About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and PMMs from early roadmap design through general availability across the Simpro Group ecosystem
- Design and execute high-impact training and certification programs for major releases
- Tailor enablement programs for technical and go-to-market disciplines, including Sales, Implementation Consultants, and Support Engineers
- Turn complex product specifications and workflows into interactive enablement, live demos, technical battlecards, e-learning, and quick-reference guides
- Provide project management support for major releases and align enablement deliverables with launch and adoption goals
- Track certification metrics and provide leadership with readiness dashboards
- Funnel technical field feedback into Product roadmaps
- Use AI tools and workflows to generate, adapt, and scale role-specific learning assets, synthetic datasets, and technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years in technical product enablement, solutions engineering, or technical project management within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation
- Ability to rapidly dissect complex SaaS architectures for technical and commercial audiences
- Hands-on experience building structured, LMS-driven certification programs, technical assessments, and sandbox lab environments
- Proven success working alongside product managers, engineering teams, and customer-facing teams across a multi-brand or global group structure
- Comfort executing programs across time zones for a diverse, distributed field organization
- Experience with Salesforce, Articulate or Asana beneficial
