- 1–3 years of frontend development experience, including college internships

- Ability to maintain component documentation and convey technical issues clearly
- Willingness to receive and act on code review feedback
- Desire for continuous learning
- Comfort contributing in daily standups and async platforms
- Ability to debug UI issues and propose targeted solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field
