• Own the full candidate pipeline for a client's sales and go-to-market hires: sourcing, initial outreach, screening, qualification, and handover to the hiring team
• Embed yourself in the client's process rather than selling a shortlist from outside
• Define the profile with the hiring manager, map the market, and keep enough qualified candidates moving through the funnel
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using the scorecard and competency frameworks
• Use AI tools for high-volume sourcing, filtering, enrichment, and outreach
• Provide the client with a clear weekly view of pipeline performance, conversion rates, and where the search is stalled
• Transition every few months into a new company, business model, and market
