Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of IT or cybersecurity experience
- Basic understanding of Windows, networking, and common cyber threats
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus
- CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support is ideal
- Experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) is ideal
- Experience with endpoint protection or monitoring tools is ideal
- Experience in vulnerability management or patching is ideal
- Experience with basic networking and system administration is ideal
