About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects
- Configure and customize EC, LMS, or Integration solutions according to specialization
- Analyze business requirements and propose functional solutions
- Support data migration, integrations, and system testing
- Collaborate with technical teams and global stakeholders
- Provide support during go-live and post-implementation
- Work on an international implementation project, supporting the implementation of modern solutions aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices
- Collaborate closely with HR departments and global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- SAP SuccessFactors Integration
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Activate
- SAP CPI/PI integrations
- HR processes

- UAT testing
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects
- At least 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors
- Experience with S/4HANA and the SAP Activate methodology
