Key responsibilities & impact- Provide daily support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP and OpenText VIM
- Configure document types, workflows, and OCR integrations
- Implement enhancements and fixes based on business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Provide support, continuous improvement, and ongoing maintenance for the SAP Finance environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience with SAP and/or application support, particularly SAP S/4HANA FICO and VIM
- Experience implementing and supporting OpenText VIM for SAP
- Hands-on experience identifying and resolving SAP-related issues
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA financial processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and CO-PA
- Knowledge of VIM configuration and integration with SAP modules and OCR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced English proficiency
- SAP FICO certification is a plus
