Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain data analytics, dashboards, automated testing routines, and other technology-enabled solutions
- Manage objectives, scope, time, budget, and resources for data analytics, automation, and AI initiatives
- Consider data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements when developing solutions and evaluating risks and controls
- Deliver quality audit project deliverables and provide client service
- Provide cross-functional recommendations and insights using data and analytical techniques to resolve complex issues
- Deliver training and hands-on coaching on analytics, automation, AI, and related tools
- Collaborate with data architects and data engineers to collect and analyze data
- Build expertise in data intelligence and technical accounting topics
- Contribute to department strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Digital-Technology and Governance, IT Enterprise Data, Finance, Commercial, and Shared Business Services teams
- Work with external auditors, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Travel overnight up to 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years of experience in relevant data analytics, business intelligence, automation, finance, technology, risk and/or related field
- 3 years of audit experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Up to 10% overnight travel
- Strong proactive problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking skills
- Data mining and analytic experience
- Knowledge of data preparation, data quality, validation, analysis, and visualization concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Ability to explain technical concepts, analytical results, assumptions, and limitations to nontechnical audiences
- Ability to work well in agile environments as team member and leader
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and complex situations
- Leadership, self-motivation, and continuous improvement mentality
- Experience with SQL, KNIME, Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General IT knowledge
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
