Key responsibilities & impact- Lead QA initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, keeping deliverables on schedule and within budget
- Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test plans to find defects and verify system functionality
- Mentor, coach, and train QA engineers, and help set and track individual development goals
- Partner with other technical teams to run end-to-end testing of integrated systems
- Build and maintain QA documentation, standards, and best practices
- Lead knowledge sharing across the team and take a leadership role on cross-functional initiatives
- Help recruit and develop team members, and manage direct reports when assigned
- Work within an Agile delivery environment
- Take part in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours issues
- Drive quality across an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM platform and ensure releases are reliable, performant, and meet design standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years of QA experience, including leading or mentoring other engineers
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys
- Strong grounding in QA best practices and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test automation, SQL querying for data validation, and API testing (e.g., Postman)
- Experience testing integrated systems end to end
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) (bonus)
- Relevant Microsoft or QA certifications (bonus)
- Experience testing Power Platform solutions (bonus)
