About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality nursing care to clinical trial participants in their homes
- Perform study-related procedures, including vital signs, specimen collection and processing, specimen shipment, and ECGs
- Administer investigational medications/products per study protocol
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor for adverse events
- Report findings to the study team or Principal Investigator
- Accurately document visit activities according to study requirements
- Educate patients on study procedures, medications, and compliance
- Maintain adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and study protocols
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and study teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of protected health information
- Advocate for patients and their families
- Work autonomously, recognize limitations, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Follow ethical research requirements and protections for vulnerable populations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted nursing licensure
- Graduate from an accredited BSN, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Minimum 2 years’ post qualification acute care experience
- BLS certification required
- ICH-GCP Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Basic IT proficiency with mobile devices, documentation systems, and Microsoft tools
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Training in handling and transport of hazardous substances, or willingness to receive training
- Flexible schedule
- Clinical Research experience preferred
