• Develop and maintain a comprehensive web strategy for the Division of State History Museums
• Establish a clear vision for the Division’s statewide digital presence
• Ensure web strategy supports institutional priorities, audience development goals, museum missions, and communications strategies
• Establish web governance standards, policies, workflows, and best practices across the Division
• Provide strategic direction for Division websites and digital experiences, including the North Carolina Museum of History and regional museum websites
