About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences
- Own the full product lifecycle from problem discovery and opportunity validation through prototyping, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Reimagine workflows and build intelligent, agentic experiences focused on reliability, transparency, and user control
- Define product requirements and work with engineering on technical trade-offs, quality, and scalable execution
- Engage customers, uncover complex problems, identify market opportunities, and validate hypotheses through research, experimentation, and prototyping
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, adoption, revenue potential, and ROI
- Define success metrics and use evidence to drive product decisions
- Build alignment across stakeholders and drive decisions connecting immediate opportunities with long-term direction
- Take ownership, remove blockers, and move quickly from ideas to measurable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale B2B/B2C SaaS companies
- Experience independently identifying new product opportunities and leading products or major initiatives from concept to launch and measurable business impact
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products
- Strong product judgment around LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, quality evaluation, reliability, cost, and performance trade-offs
- Ability to engage customers, uncover and simplify complex problems, validate opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Ability to identify market opportunities, develop a differentiated product point of view, prioritize clearly, and connect short-term execution with long-term strategy
- Exceptional strategic communication and influence across technical and business stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency, including understanding architectural implications, evaluating trade-offs, and defining technically feasible product requirements
- Strong analytical understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and instrumentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership; comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
- Willingness to explore emerging technologies, prototype ideas, test assumptions, and continuously learn
- Experience founding a startup, building independent products, or leading entrepreneurial initiatives (nice to have)
- Experience developing AI-native products or agentic workflows (nice to have)
- Experience with B2B workflow automation, document processing, or agreement management (nice to have)
- Experience with hands-on prototyping using AI development tools (nice to have)
