About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end commercial process for an assigned customer portfolio
- Coordinate contracts, customer orders, pricing, import and export documentation, transportation, invoicing and payment follow-up
- Ensure transactions comply with trade, tax, legal, audit and internal control requirements
- Maintain service levels with customers and business partners
- Coordinate resolution of supply chain issues with appropriate stakeholders
- Provide accurate commercial supply chain information for production and financial forecasting
- Contribute to regional initiatives and support the wider Commercial Supply Chain team
- Work with customers, suppliers, traders, agents, sales teams, transportation providers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, supply chain or a related field
- Relevant experience in a commercial or end-to-end supply chain environment, including ownership of customer or order processes
- Working knowledge of contracts, orders, pricing, import and export documentation, transportation, invoicing and payment follow-up
- Ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional English
- Experience with freight management, shipment documentation, Bills of Lading or laytime processes is advantageous
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are advantageous
