About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, cross-functional programs and projects from scoping through implementation
- Translate subject-matter requirements into business requirements, scalable processes, and operational solutions
- Manage parallel workstreams, dependencies, risks, and decisions within program plans
- Evaluate problems, priorities, risks, and trade-offs and recommend innovative solutions
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and introduce technologies and solutions to improve operational effectiveness
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Partner with Deal & Partner Operations leadership through regular program reviews
- Communicate recommendations, progress, risks, and challenges to audiences at multiple organizational levels
- Lead change-management and organizational-readiness activities
- Use AI, data, and business applications to automate routine work, analyze information, and streamline communications
- Build organizational capability by developing subject-matter experts
- Maintain broad understanding of relevant sales tools, programs, and processes
- Operate independently, seeking guidance for the most complex or unusual situations
- Report to the Senior Manager of Business Operations Management and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Deal & Partner Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, program management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or operational initiatives from definition through implementation
- Experience in program management, business operations, sales operations, or a related discipline within a complex, global organization
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, priorities, and competing stakeholder needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use data to evaluate options, assess trade-offs, and recommend scalable solutions
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority, including constructive negotiation and conflict management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience tailoring recommendations, program updates, and risk escalations for operational and executive audiences
- Experience leading change-management, organizational-readiness, or process-adoption activities
- Proficiency with business applications and collaboration platforms
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Experience using AI, automation, or data-analysis tools to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, or program communication
- Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, SharePoint, or similar tools is beneficial
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, or training and enablement materials is considered an asset
