Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor scheduled robotic process jobs and fix issues as they arise
- Lead application upgrades, coordinate participating teams, and create and maintain project timelines
- Analyze, design, configure, implement, and support PaaS solutions, related services, processes, applications, and integrations
- Work with IT functional areas, product owners, and vendors on solution design, execution, and troubleshooting
- Resolve application and configuration issues
- Perform ongoing performance analysis and implement approved changes
- Ensure continual service improvements
- Ensure production systems run reliably and meet or exceed availability, performance, and business-process SLAs
- Manage cloud services spanning storage, security, networking, and compute
- Support mission-critical applications and platforms while maintaining availability, security, performance, and stability
- Design and build tools and solutions that automate support activities
- Integrate newly deployed systems and services with monitoring and management tools
- Identify and solve problems, respond to customer requests, and make decisions within established guidelines
- Interact with department peers, supervisors, internal customers, patients, and physicians
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working knowledge
- Two to four years' work experience in the field
- In-depth knowledge of concepts within the job function
- Strong understanding of services across the full IT lifecycle
- Experience handling infrastructure services, applications, and environments
- Experience designing scalable monitoring, process orchestration, capacity management, and deployment solutions
- Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps development methodologies
- Strong knowledge of programming and cloud technology
- Experience in medium-scale project planning
- Ability to mentor less experienced team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain and resolve complex technical issues for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels
- Ability to work variable shifts and hours and carry/respond to a pager as required
- Preferred: AZ-103, AZ-203, and AZ-300 cloud platform certifications
- Preferred: Three to four years' experience implementing Enterprise Cloud Solutions
- Preferred: Strong working knowledge of Java, C++, C#, .NET Core, hardware environments, and program logic
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
- Must reside in one of the approved states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
