- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging patterns
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of decision-making processes and associated tools and techniques
- Knowledge of software development tools and activities
- Knowledge of software development life cycle

- Knowledge of software product design and architecture
- Knowledge of software product testing
- Successful completion of a drug screen
