Key responsibilities & impact- Manage portfolio activities for American Health Packaging and BluePoint Labs product lines
- Identify, implement, and communicate customer contract Add/Change/Delete activities
- Manage multiple customer contracts, resolve discrepancies with Sales Managers, and ensure compliance with contract terms and obligations
- Maintain contract documentation and accuracy across internal systems
- Serve as a point of contact for Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and customers regarding contract inquiries
- Conduct contract audits and identify process enhancement and risk mitigation opportunities
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
- Support standardized reporting functions
- Analyze operational, financial, customer, and portfolio performance data
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools
- Perform ad hoc analyses related to pricing, contracts, product portfolios, and business performance
- Define reporting requirements and analytical solutions with stakeholders and BIA
- Validate data quality and implement controls
- Apply AI tools to contract management, document review, data extraction, and reporting
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Improve workflows to increase productivity and reduce cycle times
- Partner with IT and business teams on automation tools and digital solutions
- Drive change management and support adoption of new processes and technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional operational excellence and customer experience projects with BIA
- Standardize best practices and promote continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience in contract administration, business operations, business analytics, or process improvement
- Experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks, Dataiku, Business Objects, or other BI platforms
- SQL knowledge is recommended
- SAP, SalesForce, and IQVIA knowledge is beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, manufacturing, or regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, or continuous improvement methods
