Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proficiency with SQL, Power Query, or other data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and integrity
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting finance, FP&A, accounting, operations, or business planning functions
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or other project-based industries is a plus
- Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements
