Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement Cisco technologies for complex global customer networks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BE/BTech) or equivalent required
- 10+ years of experience in field consulting, technical support services, or a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of Data Center technologies (SDN, SAN, Compute) and Cisco Nexus platforms (2K/5K/7K/9K), including Nexus Standalone and ACI
- Deep experience with L2/L3 protocols (vPC, Port Channels, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VXLAN, and Nexus Dashboard
- Advanced knowledge of ACI fabric lifecycle management (bring-up, programmability, QoS, Multicast) and ACI Multi-Pod/Multi-Site architectures
- Proficiency in NDFC (Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be willing to work in a swing shift to support customers across the Americas (AMER) region
- CCIE (Data Center/Routing & Switching) or CCNP certification is highly valued
- Experience or knowledge of virtualization, Kubernetes, AWS, or VMware VCP is a plus
