About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, analyze, and verify system and subsystem requirements
- Apply systems engineering methods within MBSE and/or digital engineering frameworks
- Elucidate mission needs and define use cases/CONOPS
- Develop functional system models and requirement trees with flow-down
- Perform analysis-based requirement trades/balancing and simulation-based performance trades/analysis
- Conduct simulation-based requirements verification
- Develop test strategies and designs
- Manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Coordinate, schedule, and participate in requirements assessments
- Perform strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design
