Key responsibilities & impact- Own and configure the AI sourcing and outreach platforms and agents
- Connect the job platform to sourcing tools so new roles are sourced automatically
- Build and maintain prompts, evaluation logic, and quality checks for AI-assisted screening
- Design reusable email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and optimize conversion
- Build reporting for source quality, conversion, time to staff, and cost per active expert
- Create workflows to search the existing applicant pool before sourcing new candidates
- Scope and build integrations through APIs and webhooks with engineering support as needed
- Calibrate search criteria with the talent team, protect candidate experience, and maintain GDPR compliance
- Document architecture and workflows and train the talent team to operate them independently
- Work directly with the Director of Product and Operations, the SME Careers talent team, and engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations
- Experience recruiting at high volume, especially contractor, freelance, or gig workforces
- Hands-on experience running AI sourcing or outreach tools such as Juicebox, hireEZ, Gem, or similar
- Programming or scripting experience, ideally Python or JavaScript, plus SQL
- Comfort working with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Track record of building maintainable automations or workflows
- Hands-on experience building software with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Ability to build funnel reports from raw exports or an API and explain the results
- Understanding of recruiters' day-to-day work and tool adoption
- Good judgment about candidate experience and automated-sounding outreach
- Comfort with ambiguity and building a function from scratch
