Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver end-to-end system development and maintenance for medium enterprise-wide technology platforms
- Maintain active customer relationships to determine business requirements
- Lead requirements-gathering meetings and review designs with the business
- Lead efforts with web and marketing teams to increase the presence of web products
- Implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across business-critical systems
- Implement processes to reduce project, service, and process barriers
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams
- Develop and own the list of final enhancements
- Define application scope and objectives and supervise technical and functional specifications
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews
- Ensure unit testing, system testing, and implementation meet plan requirements
- Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning efforts
- Coordinate and manage on-call support and own system monitoring
- Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team
- Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large-group JAD requirements sessions

Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years related experience
- Multi-platform, multi-dimensional experience
- Expert-level experience with business and technical applications
- Technical writing for technical and non-technical audiences
- Basic coding/scripting using tools such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Proficiency with AI-assisted tools for documentation, analysis, prototyping, and support workflows
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable capabilities and define success metrics
- Ability to create short-form enablement content, including how-to videos, demos, walkthroughs, and training clips
- Ability to use logs, dashboards, experimentation, and web/product analytics
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business partners, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and maintain onboarding and support materials
- Experience mentoring others and providing troubleshooting support strongly preferred
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless an accommodation is granted
