• Support delivery of instrumentation and controls (I&C) maintenance training for new hires and technicians across member organizations
• Collaborate with the Common Initial Training team to implement procedures and program responsibilities

• Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis of large-scale power systems with high penetrations of inverter-based resources and emerging load technologies
• Perform power system dynamic studies using PSS®E and PSCAD
• Analyze field-recorded measurement data and support event, disturbance, and post-contingency investigations

• Develop and manage research addressing generator degradation, failure mechanisms, operating risks, maintenance challenges, emerging technologies, and industry research gaps
• Translate member needs and industry operating experience into generator research projects, technical guidance, tools, reports, webcasts, workshops, and other practical resources
• Develop relationships and coordinate technical activities with generator owners, utilities, manufacturers, service providers, consultants, laboratories, universities, and research organizations
