About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document functional, technical and non-functional requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and storyboards
- Work across the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation
- Partner with DevOps, development and architecture teams to support successful delivery
- Assess proposed changes, considering business impact, feasibility, risks and solution options
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with established frameworks
- Help translate technology roadmaps into prioritised projects and initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and manage requirements across senior business and technical stakeholders
- Challenge and influence stakeholders where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in a software delivery environment
- Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with user stories, storyboarding and Agile/DevOps delivery
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with development and architecture teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior and challenging stakeholders
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
