Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Fever's company-wide AI transformation.
- Partner with internal business leaders across Operations, Creative, and Support to audit manual processes.
- Translate operational bottlenecks into clear AI product features.
- Design, code, and deploy AI systems including LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG, and custom chatbots.
- Build and lead a small, agile team of AI engineers.
- Contribute to the codebase and set high standards for code craftsmanship.
- Take internal tools from discovery and rapid prototyping through production-grade deployment.
- Ensure internal tools are intuitive for non-technical teams to adopt.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience shipping AI systems in production.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or agentic automation.
- Experience building tools or chatbots that optimize human workflows.
- Strong software engineering background, including APIs, microservices, databases, and the AWS ecosystem.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Ability to understand manual operational processes and identify AI-driven improvements.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships with non-technical stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and align engineering efforts with operational needs.
