About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct component and product integration across multiple components and products
- Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down
- Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing
- Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams
- Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations
- Drive CTQ/risk trade-offs within component design teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles outside the USA, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- For roles in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
