Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the SAP BASIS subject matter expert in the transition to SAP S/4HANA
- Manage the RUN operations and availability of SAP environments (on-premises ECC, ongoing RISE/S/4 migration, BTP, BW, PO, etc.)
- Administer databases and storage, and provide daily system monitoring
- Ensure system stability and security through disaster recovery plans, backups, KPIs, and performance monitoring
- Act as the SAP BASIS technical lead for redesign and migration projects (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, Cloud)
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve performance, monitoring, automation, and security
- Contribute to ERP projects, including installation, upgrades, and the integration of new Cloud capabilities
- Participate in on-call rotations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a role combining operational responsibilities (RUN) with strategic projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Cloud environments
- Experience with RISE with SAP hosting
- Experience with the SAP BTP suite
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- High level of commitment
- Strong interest in collaborative, cross-functional work
- Participation in on-call rotations
