About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy and roadmap for the product area from discovery through launch and iteration
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, growth-oriented product strategies
- Understand how professionals run their businesses and design workflows for real-world use
- Partner with PMs, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver a connected platform experience
- Write PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead planning to ship high-impact features
- Define and track core performance metrics with the Data Science team
- Partner with Product Design and customers to turn complex processes into intuitive experiences
- Build scalable tools supporting the end-to-end Houzz Pro ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support
- Ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance
- Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams and international customers
- Experience building business management software for SMBs, such as CRM, project management, financial, or operations tools (ideally)
- Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations (ideally)
