Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, assess and select suppliers to support project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from design BOM review to delivery of products and services
- Support project management activities through order tracking and risk mitigation
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and lead times
- Measure supplier performance and implement improvement plans when required
- Contribute to project budgeting and quotation activities
- Establish and maintain Kanban systems to support ETO workshop consumables management
- Manage procurement activities for customized projects and special applications
- Ensure compliance with cost, quality, delivery and technical requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
