About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components
  • Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements
  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities
  • Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools
  • Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow
  • Proven experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation
  • Experience working in Agile project environments
  • Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
  • Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management
  • Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl
  • Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes
  • Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations
  • Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification
