About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with and receive mentorship from the Cofounder/CEO
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Work on high-leverage business problems and help accelerate growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030
  • Gain exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data
  • Execute big-picture strategies and navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing business
  • Help develop and scale new businesses including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance
  • Progress toward owning P&L for a business line after successfully completing the program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Ability to work in-person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team for the first 6–12 months
  • Ability to work from the Palo Alto office five days a week initially
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Ontario, Canada
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
