Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and shape intercompany-relevant finance capabilities including Transfer Pricing, PII, Non Stock Charge In/Charge Out, and integrations with Supply Chain and downstream finance processes
- Drive global standardization of Intercompany Processes and identify best-fit technology solutions
- Lead continuous improvement, technology capability assessment, efficiency improvements, strategic capability enablement, human-centred design, and platform integration
- Own the vision and prioritization of technical features and enhancements for Intercompany capabilities
- Establish technology roadmaps and refine technical backlogs, features, and epics
- Help Product Owners prioritize backlogs, manage platform constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Design and implement Intercompany capabilities and integrations across the ecosystem
- Drive business process standardization and best-in-class end-to-end Intercompany process design
- Select product and platform solution options and provide technical leadership in ERP solution architecture and integrations
- Lead technical delivery and value realization with business workstream leads and Engineering
- Oversee technical testing and support User Acceptance Testing planning and execution
- Ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are current
- Measure capabilities against demand, complexity, business challenges, and improvement objectives
- Act as JJT workstream lead for Intercompany integration topics
- Lead an international, cross-regional team of Product Analysts through design, execution, and deployment
- Coordinate, coach, motivate, and inspire the team
- Help shape and grow the JJT organization to support global intake, build, sustain, releases, operations, projects, and enhancements
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in management accounting, finance, or supply chain
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program/people management leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Technology experience
- Minimum of 3 years of ERP platform experience in a healthcare or health services industry
- Deep end-to-end understanding of financial and logistical flows in multinational operations
- Strong knowledge of SAP-ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Accounting
- Understanding of end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Master Data
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-functional, self-organized teams
- Experience working in a global environment and leading teams across multiple countries
- Experience effectively collaborating with and managing partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred
- People management experience, including developing, mentoring, and coaching is preferred
- Experience in a global/regional setting is preferred
- Experience in a large-scale business transformation program is preferred
- Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers is preferred
