Key responsibilities & impact- Own vision and prioritization of technical features and enhancements for Intercompany & VCM capabilities
- Establish technology roadmaps for Intercompany requirements
- Refine backlogs, add technical features and epics, and manage product/platform constraints and dependencies
- Design and implement Intercompany & VCM capabilities on the ERP platform and integrate with the ERP ecosystem
- Drive business process standardization and best-in-class ERP Intercompany and VCM design
- Apply BTP capabilities and integration mechanisms to automate end-to-end transactions
- Provide technical solutions aligned with Transcend program standards
- Select product/platform solution options and balance technical debt
- Lead technical design and architecture of ERP solutions and end-to-end Intercompany integrations
- Manage integrated builds with Engineering to ensure compliant, functioning end-to-end solutions
- Oversee technical testing and support User Acceptance Testing
- Maintain compliance activities, SDLC documentation, and system configuration
- Measure capabilities against demand, complexity, business challenges, and improvement needs
- Act as JJT workstream lead for Intercompany & VCM integration topics
- Lead an international, cross-regional project team of Product Analysts through design, execution, and deployment
- Coordinate, coach, motivate, and inspire the team
- Help shape and grow the JJT organization for global intake, build, sustainment, releases, operations, projects, and enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in management accounting, finance, or supply chain
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program/people management leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Technology experience
- Minimum of 3 years of ERP platform experience in a healthcare or health services industry
- Deep end-to-end understanding of financial and logistical flows in multinational operations and integration across Plan, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Tax
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Accounting
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA preferred
- Understanding of end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Master Data
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading multifunctional, self-organized teams
- Experience working in a global environment and leading teams across multiple countries
- Experience effectively collaborating with and managing partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: people management experience, large-scale business transformation program experience, and product backlog/release plan management experience
