About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and optimize core platforms, including RMM, PSA, backup, endpoint protection, and patch management
- Standardize platform configurations, policies, and workflows across clients
- Develop scripts and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Monitor platform performance and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain patching, endpoint security, and backup processes
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, tools, and service delivery workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and tooling issues
- Integrate and scale centralized tools to support consistent service delivery
- Maintain technical documentation, scripts, and standard operating procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of MSP tools, including RMM, PSA, backup, and endpoint protection platforms
- Interest in scripting and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find solutions
- Focus on building consistent, scalable, and reliable systems
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
- Commitment to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and adapt to new technologies
- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ — at least 2 of 3 required
- Collaborative mindset focused on improving service delivery and operational efficiency
