Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI Fabric platform services, APIs, microservices, and web applications
- Support bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, routing, integrations, and platform operations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka/event streaming, CI/CD, and production support
- Strong frontend development experience using React, Angular, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
- Ability to build responsive web applications and user interfaces
- Experience designing secure enterprise integrations, APIs, and backend systems
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, observability, and security
- Experience with Conversational AI, chatbot platforms, AI/ML, voice/telephony, or real-time communication systems
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and across Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams
- Experience with LiveKit and real-time voice/communication platforms, including integration of voice, media, and AI services (nice to have)
- Experience with Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, or other contact center/telephony platforms, along with chatbot or conversational AI solutions (nice to have)
- Experience with Databricks, advanced AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, or multi-provider AI platforms (nice to have)
