Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM-negotiated plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce
Move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves
Maintain safety and compliance while performing physical duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location, Manchester, IA
Availability Friday–Sunday
Availability from 06:00 AM–08:00 AM start time
Availability for 20–25 hours per week
